1. Respect for intellectual property
MX2D LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from our clients and visitors.
2. Client responsibilities
Clients must own or have proper licenses for all media — videos, music, images, fonts, and other content — submitted to us for editing.
3. Filing a DMCA notice
If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@mx2d.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Our response
We will investigate valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the reported content. Repeat infringers may have their access to our services terminated.
5. Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to info@mx2d.com with the equivalent information.
